Nh Copenhagen Grand Joanne Hotel

Amazing place with friendly staff, 24-hour reception, and a cozy lounge area. On my first stay, they helped me with directions, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it for a good stay. I'm coming back for Christmas.

Modern hotel, I greatly enjoyed gorgeous breakfast!

I stayed for city break and the hotel was clean and the staff was very pleasant. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room and bathroom were a decent size and functional. The location was marvellous and brilliant, with a train station in front of the property. Found mother minutes away from the hotel where I had supper. The view was lovely, the service was friendly😀😃🙂

The room was new-fashioned, functional and reasonably priced, with 2 twin beds. The hotel was located in a marvellous and fab place, in front of a train station...

Location close to the Central station was very good for a city break. Breakfast was very good although perhaps a bit pricey.

Had a room which faced the main road and it was very noisy at night.

Clean and stylish place with exceptionally pleasant and incredible staff at the reception desk. A hair dryer, a kettle, and coffee in the room, great location. Public parking on-site provided. Late check out.

The location was marvellous, in front of the train station. The breakfast was well prepared and gorgeous with a lot of meals.

location is amazing. From the airport you take the train at exit 2 and in 15 minutes you are 250 meters from the hotel. Besides, everything is close by, you move around Copenhagen on foot. Breakfast is also very good. staff is very friendly and check in was a record for all the hotels I visited, less than a minute! SIXT. rent a car is two blocks from the hotel, as well as Tiboli Park and Central Station, It has an elevator and that's very good. place is next to where the walking tours take you. next to a money exchange office, Restaurants surrounding the sector. an excellent coffee shop right in front, area is very safe. Parking is a problem like all of Copenhagen.

It's not that I didn't like it, it's just that the room is fair, the bathroom is huge, not frigid, no safe, but enough. It doesn't have coffee or anything, but it's quiet. Mind you, always impeccable.

Exellent staff. Always helpfull with a smile. Good danish breakfast.If you are hungry, eat at the italien restaurant. There you get food for the money. Location the very best for exploring Copenhagen.

The hotel had an very nice atmosphere-those rooms were like something out of a dream. The lighting was just perfect, all soft and dimmable, even the bathroom had that heated floor that was just like a little slice of luxury when you walked on it.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what you get, it's acceptable.

The hotel was very central.

The hotel did not live up to its starring.

Electricity went out in the middle of the night and I had to wake up early. They should have offered me a discount for the loss of service

Helpful hotel staff made our stay enjoyable.

The room was cramped and claustrophobic. I had difficulty moving around because the bed took up almost all the space. The bathroom door slammed shut.
